Plan multiple disciplines, transitions, common race-distance presets, custom distances, and complete target finish times.
Performance Lab
Save, review, edit, and manage Run Threshold Pace, Bike FTP, Swim CSS, and Sweat Tests to build more personalized planning inputs.

Use saved Sweat Tests to model sweat rate, fluid replacement, hydration intervals, and sodium strategy when available.
Hydration Planner Guide →Race Day Planner
Race Day Planner brings race details, pacing, conditions, transitions, fueling, hydration, sodium, and the execution timeline together in one connected plan.
If something appears incomplete, review the race details and Performance Lab inputs connected to the plan. The Home screen’s readiness and Next Best Action can also point you toward missing planning steps.
Settings & Saved Plans
Open More → Settings to manage units, Default Activity, anonymous usage analytics, and calculator reset.
Saved calculator plans can be managed from Plans. Race Day Plans can be managed from Race Day Planner, and Performance Lab measurements can be managed from Performance.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Confirm your selected activity, distance, units, and entered values.
- Check whether a required Performance Lab measurement or Sweat Test is missing.
- If a calculator appears stuck, use More → Settings → Reset All Calculators.
- Close and reopen the app if the interface does not refresh as expected.
- If the problem persists, contact support with the details listed above.
Privacy
No account is required for the current app experience. Core planning data is designed to remain local on your device. Optional anonymous usage analytics are off by default and can be controlled from Settings.
